Florian Raschle

About me

I build payment and banking products at scale, in regulated environments. I take them from discovery to launch, negotiate with card networks and vendors, and bring more than 100 banks onto one shared plan.

Since December 2022 I have worked at Viseca on the card issuing side: card lifecycle, authentication, virtual cards, wallets and fee products. From 2023 to 2025 I taught Digital Finance at FHGR.

Role

As Head B2C Solutions at Viseca I co-own product strategy, roadmap and P&L for all customer-facing products: the one app with 2.5 million active users, Viseca Connect for over 100 partner banks, and all brand websites.

My team is 11 people across product ownership, business analysis and application management. I work as Technical Product Manager in the Agile Release Train (SAFe 6), manage vendors and partners, and build the reporting for management and partner banks.

Experience

Head B2C Solutions, Viseca, since 12/2025: I moved into the lead role in December 2025. Today I combine product work with leadership. I keep the running systems stable, negotiate contracts and SLAs with vendors, and make sure the roadmap fits both end customers and partner banks.

Digital Product Manager, Viseca, 12/2022 to 11/2025: I took products from idea to operation. That includes migrating 2.5 million users to a new authentication platform with no downtime and no user loss, the first European integration of Mastercard Smart Data InControl for instant virtual cards, two new fee products with CHF 2-4 million in recurring annual revenue, the real-time balance via the Finnova API, and the automated interest statement that cut tax-related customer requests by 95 %. On top of that came the annual product vision and roadmap, which I presented at executive level.

Product Owner Digital Channels, Graubündner Kantonalbank, 08/2020 to 12/2022: I held system responsibility for e-banking and mobile banking, including digital identity and authentication. I prioritised the roadmap across several vendors and delivered new features from specification to launch, always within FINMA's outsourcing rules.

Lecturer Digital Finance, FHGR, 08/2023 to 07/2025: I designed and taught the Digital Finance module for over 80 BSc students a year, from payment systems and digital wallets to open banking and regulation, with company visits and guest speakers from financial institutions.
